WHAT can be returned?
All your products are returnable. We do require the product is in new, unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging including all product labels, original box or bag, original owner's manuals, warranty card and any included accessories that came with the product. We have the right to refuse the return if the items are returned incomplete or damaged in any way.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns can be arranged within 30 days after the purchase date. If you require a quick turn around for exchange or refund, it is best if you arrange express post for shipping.

SHIPPING for exchange/returns?
All products are to be returned in the same or similar packaging as they were received. Care is to be taken for breakable items. If you require an exchange or refund we do require the product to be returned in good condition.
The purchaser is required to pay all costs incurred with regard to shipping the product back to PittaPatta Boutique. Except in cases where the product was shipped in our error or was considered to be faulty on arrival, PittaPatta Boutique will pay for the postage for the return.
CREDIT for returns?
Any credits will be paid back via the original form of payment. For example your paypal account will be credited with the refund amount. We will let you know if we need your bank details for bank transfer of the refund.

PittaPatta Boutique is an online store only. If you live local to Australind, Western Australia you can arrange a best time to visit our home.
